On Sunday, May 31, 2009, The Anniston Praise & Worship Center Pastor, Dr. Sylvester Smith, presented a check from the church for $5,000.00 to State Presbyter for Camp Boothe, Bishop Joey Mojica. The Praise & Worship center felt inspired of the Lord to donate $3,000.00 to Camp Boothe to fund its' ministry efforts. In addition to this $3,000.00 contribution, the church gave $2,000.00 to purchase needed Defibulators for the camp.

Dr. Smith presents check to Bishop Mojica
Some members of the Praise & Worship Center, along with Dr. Smith, present a new church flag to be displayed at the camp.
The Praise & Worship Center also gave a new United States flag to the camp. This flag was given to Dr. Smith by the U.S. Veteran's Administration at the death of his father. It is now given in his father's honor and will be displayed as such.
